Quality Control Specialist (AI Training)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization focused on AI safety and development. We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to support critical work in AI training and content moderation. This fully remote position is based in Ukraine and offers an opportunity to contribute to making AI systems safer and more reliable for end users worldwide.

In this role, you will review and assess the quality of data created by teams who test AI systems by attempting to elicit harmful, offensive, dangerous, or toxic responses. Your work ensures that training data meets rigorous standards before being used to improve AI agent safety. Full online training will be provided to prepare you for success.

Responsibilities

• Review prompts and evaluations submitted by team members for accuracy and adherence to established guidelines
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to maintain high-quality data standards for AI training
• Identify inconsistencies and discrepancies in submitted content and evaluations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine quality control processes and documentation
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve quality control measures
• Maintain data integrity across all aspects of the AI training pipeline

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in one of the following languages: Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, or German (required)
• Proficiency in English for internal communication and training purposes (required)
• 1+ years of experience in quality control, content moderation, or a related role
• Previous work in AI-driven projects is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with ability to spot inconsistencies in data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to team members
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with AI technologies, natural language processing, or conversational AI systems is a plus
