(Junior) Performance Marketing Manger

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential energy consultancy based in Augsburg that is looking for a talented (Junior) Performance Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to own measurable campaigns from planning through optimization and work directly with leadership to drive real business impact.

Our client specializes in renewable energy solutions and needs someone who can translate complex technical topics into effective digital campaigns that generate leads and visibility. You'll have the autonomy to build and optimize performance marketing from the ground up, with direct reporting lines and short decision cycles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize online campaigns across platforms including Meta and Google/Bing, managing budgets, audience targeting, and creative assets
• Analyze campaign performance through KPIs and reports, derive testing hypotheses, and implement data-driven optimizations
• Support website and SEO development using WordPress, including landing page creation, conversion optimization, and on-page SEO improvements
• Coordinate and create content for campaigns and channels (copy, visuals, video) in collaboration with stakeholders
• Package client projects and case studies in formats that support both marketing and sales objectives

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Initial experience in online or performance marketing (internship, working student position, or junior role)
• Strong numerical aptitude and genuine interest in data-driven optimization
• Structured, independent working style with strong execution skills
• Comfortable with standard productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
• Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively within a team
• German language proficiency required for this role

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics/tracking tools such as GA4
• Familiarity with WordPress or Canva
• Class B driver's license
