Responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual financial statements for clients
• Create tax returns for both partnerships and corporations
• Lead specialized tax consulting projects based on your expertise, such as inheritance tax or corporate reorganization matters
• Support clients during tax audits and examinations
• Optionally take on team leadership and personnel management responsibilities
• Shape your role based on your strengths and professional interests

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed Steuerberater examination (German tax advisor certification required)
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment working directly with clients
• Careful, efficient, and conscientious approach to complex tax matters
• Openness to digital workflows and modern practice management tools
• Passion for tax topics and staying current with regulatory changes
• Leadership aptitude and sense of responsibility toward team members (if interested in management track)

Pay

Our client offers compensation between €90,000 and €130,000 annually, with partnership opportunities available for qualified candidates seeking equity ownership.
