About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential blockchain organization seeking an AI Chatbot Product Manager for the APAC region. This is a work-from-home role focused on building intelligent customer service automation platforms.
You'll own the product lifecycle for CS bot systems including knowledge bases, conversational flows, and ticket management—leveraging AI and data analytics to transform support operations at scale.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, deliver and promote CS bot management platforms (knowledge base, chat flow, ticket center)
- Apply big data and AI techniques to improve CS operational efficiency through corpus training, SOP design, assistant replies, and case summaries
- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX design, and CS operations teams to achieve product objectives
- Review CS bot KPIs and user cases regularly, extracting insights to guide continuous product improvements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Must have: product design experience specifically in CS bots
- Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders across functions
- Excellent data analysis and user insight capabilities
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
