Product Manager (AI & Blockchain) LATAM

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization focused on cross-border payment infrastructure and financial access in emerging markets. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives involving blockchain technology and AI-powered solutions across the LATAM region.

This is a high-impact role where you'll connect vision with execution, shaping the product roadmap and aligning cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that serve users throughout Latin America. You'll be working on blockchain products and leveraging AI to solve critical user needs while moving faster than the competition.

Responsibilities

• Define a long-term product vision aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals
• Conduct structured customer and market research to deeply understand pain points and opportunities across LATAM markets
• Translate vision into a realistic, high-leverage roadmap and backlog that balances short-term growth with long-term scalability
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to build and ship features that drive user adoption
• Partner with growth and marketing teams to accelerate go-to-market adoption and unlock new revenue streams
• Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI-powered capabilities into the product, from intelligent automation and personalization to surfacing insights that help users make better financial decisions
• Use AI tools actively in your day-to-day workflow for research, specification writing, competitive analysis, and data synthesis

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in blockchain, fintech, or SaaS companies
• Proven success building and launching consumer-facing products
• Experience in agile environments with cross-functional global teams
• Strong product intuition backed by analytical rigor
• Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins, wallets, or blockchain infrastructure
• Active, practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, Notion AI, or equivalents
• A confident, data-driven professional who knows how to move the needle in a high-growth startup environment
• Strategic thinking ability with the capacity to zoom out to market dynamics and zoom in to execution details
• Genuine excitement about blockchain and cryptocurrency
• Natural collaboration skills with clear communication across functions and organizational levels
• Hands-on approach with AI tools and continuous experimentation with emerging technologies
• Customer-obsessed mindset with strong sense of product-market fit and value delivery
• Ability to balance long-term strategic bets with short-term wins
