Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt Sales Recruiting

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy technology company in Berlin that is experiencing significant growth. Our client is scaling their sales organization and needs an experienced recruiter to help build their commercial teams. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-funded organization at an exciting growth stage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with primary focus on sales positions (pre-sales and sales managers), with support for additional roles as needed
• Conduct active sourcing as a core responsibility through targeted direct outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional channels
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Build and maintain a warm talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers within the sales organization to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Create and continuously optimize job postings to attract top talent
• Contribute to multi-channel recruitment campaigns including social media initiatives
• Manage recruitment operations within the ATS (Personio), ensuring clean processes, accurate data, and reliable reporting
• Support additional people operations initiatives as capacity allows

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience with demonstrated active sourcing expertise
• Ideally experience recruiting for sales roles or working in competitive, fast-paced environments
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and common sourcing tools
• Excellent judgment about people and their motivations, with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and organization
• Fluent German language skills required; strong English is advantageous
• Experience with Personio or comparable applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Comfortable working in a results-oriented culture that values ownership, excellence, and energy

Location and Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) based in Berlin with flexible working hours and home office possibilities. The office is located in the Kreuzberg area.
