Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking an apprentice IT Systems Integration Specialist. In this three-year dual apprenticeship program starting summer 2027, you will:

• Learn to provide first-level support for colleagues on IT and application-related issues
• Analyze hardware and software problems and contribute to their resolution
• Develop skills in planning and implementing system and network infrastructures as part of a team
• Assist in coordinating external service providers for second- and third-level support
• Participate in projects involving the design and implementation of IT systems
• Create training materials and guides for colleagues as you gain experience
• Gain practical experience across various IT department areas, focusing on workplace IT services and infrastructure

What We're Looking For

• Good intermediate school-leaving qualification (university of applied sciences entrance qualification or university entrance qualification is an advantage)
• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for IT topics and modern technologies
• Enjoyment in handling and solving user-related issues with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and analytical thinking
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical competencies
• Valid driving licence or willingness to obtain one during the apprenticeship for occasional travel between locations
• German language proficiency for classroom instruction at Werner-von-Siemens-Schule in Frankfurt

Pay

The apprenticeship offers progressive monthly compensation: €1,100 in year one, €1,200 in year two, and €1,300 in year three.
