Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist – Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapists to join their growing network of mental health professionals. Our client operates one of the largest online therapy platforms, enabling clinicians to build meaningful private practices without the traditional overhead and administrative burden.

This fully remote role offers the autonomy to set your own schedule while our client handles credentialing, billing, documentation support, and client matching. You'll focus entirely on what you do best—providing exceptional care to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions via secure video platform
• Provide evidence-based treatment to adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans for your caseload
• Exercise full clinical autonomy in treatment decisions and therapeutic approaches
• Engage with clients through a flexible schedule you control
• Participate in ongoing professional development and utilize available clinical resources

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or Psychologist/PsyD license in good standing
• Fully independent licensure—able to practice without clinical supervision
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• 3+ years of post-licensure mental health counseling experience
• Current professional liability insurance
• U.S. residency with a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Strong written communication skills for asynchronous client messaging
• Passion for delivering accessible, high-quality mental health care

Interns, provisionally licensed clinicians requiring supervision, substance abuse counselors, school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, and business coaches cannot be considered unless they hold an additional independent mental health license.

Pay
