Product Manager – AI Neobank App

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Product Manager to own critical product areas within their AI-powered digital banking application. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is exclusively recruiting for this remote position based in Germany.

This role is for builders who can deeply understand users, define product direction, collaborate with engineering and design teams, launch rapidly, and drive continuous improvement. You'll work across multiple financial service domains including insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product areas across multiple financial services verticals
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders
• Transform complex financial products into simple, intuitive customer experiences
• Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production insights to inform product decisions
• Launch features, monitor performance metrics, and execute rapid iterations
• Balance trade-offs between shipping speed, user experience, business impact, regulatory compliance, and operational complexity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or growth/product operator
• Strong product intuition with ability to simplify complex workflows
• Track record of collaborating with engineers and designers to ship production-ready products
• Comfortable working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analytics
• Excellent written communication, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
• High ownership mindset with ability to drive initiatives independently
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth product environments strongly preferred
• Must be currently based in Germany
• Strong English communication skills required
