Technical Procurement / Purchasing Officer

We are representing a confidential robotics technology company based in Stuttgart. Our client is developing advanced automation solutions for industrial environments and needs a detail-oriented Technical Procurement / Purchasing Officer to manage their commercial operations and procurement workflows.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building structured processes, managing vendor relationships, and supporting a technical team from the commercial side. You'll be the organizational backbone ensuring projects run smoothly from order to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from a commercial perspective, overseeing the full cycle from initial order through final delivery
• Support procurement of technical components and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available when needed
• Handle general administration including preparatory accounting and master data management
• Coordinate material management processes and maintain ERP system accuracy
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and commercial operations

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or degree in Business Administration
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role
• Strong hands-on mentality with willingness to tackle tasks both large and small
• High motivation and eagerness to learn—deep robotics knowledge is not required
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Business-level fluency in both German and English is required
• Process-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills
