(Senior) Product Designer – Mobile (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential green-tech organization in Berlin, and our talent team is searching for a Senior Product Designer with exceptional mobile design skills. In this role, you will:

• Design aesthetic, mobile-first interfaces with pixel-perfect UI across native and responsive mobile experiences, including navigation patterns, gesture interactions, micro-animations, and transitions
• Own and evolve the visual design system: typography, color, iconography, spacing, and component libraries that scale across mobile and web platforms
• Transform complex data, device statuses, and multi-step workflows into intuitive visual hierarchies and interaction models optimized for small screens
• Conduct targeted user research including usability tests, field studies, and remote testing sessions to validate mobile flows and visual design decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations throughout the entire design process from early concepts to final shipped product
• Champion visual quality and user-centered thinking in all product decisions and trade-off discussions

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years shipping digital products with strong emphasis on mobile design (iOS/Android, responsive web, or hybrid)
• Portfolio demonstrating outstanding visual craft alongside solid UX thinking
• Exceptional visual design mastery: typography, layout, color, and motion design with attention to spacing, alignment, and interaction polish
• Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, platform conventions (iOS HIG, Material Design), touch interaction, and designing for small screens and variable connectivity
• Proven end-to-end responsibility from early concepts to shipped product
• Proficiency with Figma including prototyping and component architecture
• Fluent in English (C1) and German (C1)
