About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential business process outsourcing organization that helps companies optimize operations through virtual support solutions. Our talent team is currently seeking a Business Development Advisor to join their fully remote sales team and drive new client acquisition through consultative conversations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach and inbound lead management
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover client challenges, goals, and operational needs
- Present service solutions tailored to prospect requirements
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations and follow-up meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth client conversions and onboarding
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
- Consultative selling mindset with ability to guide prospects through decision-making processes
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with proven ability to thrive in remote work environments
- Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is valuable but not required
- Background in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
