Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative financial planning
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and recommend suitable solutions
  • Provide guidance across investments, life and risk insurance, group risk solutions, and related financial products
  • Develop and manage a sustainable, growing client portfolio
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting activities
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client documentation
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives
  • Leverage back-office support teams including underwriting assistance, investment specialists, and business enablement resources
