Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential public-sector consultancy seeking a Senior Consultant to shape digital transformation in social insurance and regulated administration environments. In this role, you will guide clients from initial concept through successful implementation, analyzing business processes and developing practical solutions for modern administrative and service delivery workflows.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting social insurance organizations with digitalization and modernization of administrative and operational processes, from strategic planning to execution
• Analyzing existing processes to identify optimization and harmonization opportunities, developing sustainable solution approaches collaboratively with clients
• Capturing, structuring, and evaluating requirements from complex administrative and social insurance contexts, translating regulatory and organizational mandates into actionable concepts
• Coordinating between clients, partner service providers, and internal teams to align diverse interests and serve as a trusted point of contact for all project participants
• Managing project tasks in digitalization and transformation initiatives, working closely with development teams to translate requirements into digital solutions while tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Planning, moderating, and documenting workshops, technical discussions, and coordination sessions with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Representing technical topics in committees and working groups, supporting sustainable knowledge transfer

• Responsibility, independent working style, and confident presence in workshops and committees
• Ability to present complex relationships clearly and understandably
• Skill in bridging different interests and developing viable solutions
• Capability to independently develop practice-oriented solutions and evaluate complex requirements from regulated administrative and social insurance contexts
• Willingness to collaborate closely with development teams during implementation of technical requirements
• Building sustainable client relationships and professional networks
• Independent advancement of technical and strategic topics
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients and partner service providers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German

Desirable qualifications:

• Understanding of workflow systems
• Project experience in social insurance, public-sector clients, or comparable regulated organizations
• Understanding of processes and structures in social insurance or public administration
• Knowledge of ECM/DMS systems
• Experience collaborating with associations, institutional organizations, or institutional stakeholders
