About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global talent network operating throughout LATAM. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Management Consulting Matcher to join their remote operations. This role sits at the intersection of client services and talent operations, connecting sophisticated organizations with senior consultants.

This is a fully remote position based in LATAM. The organization does not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. All applications and communications must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

• Consult directly with clients to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Define engagement scopes, responsibilities, and consultant requirements
• Review candidate profiles, shortlist qualified consultants, and assess availability
• Screen applications and select candidates based on technical and cultural fit
• Facilitate introductions between clients and consultants, clearly communicating value propositions
• Structure engagement terms including rates, commitment levels, and project timelines
• Collect feedback on consultant performance and maintain detailed engagement documentation
• Provide guidance and support to consultants throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Investigate and resolve disputes through cross-functional collaboration
• Build and maintain a portfolio of client accounts and consultant relationships
• Share best practices and contribute to process improvements as you gain experience

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting (top-tier or reputable boutique firm) or equivalent strategic advisory experience
• Hands-on expertise across multiple consulting practices such as strategy, finance, operations, marketing, HR, and technology—or a strong generalist background spanning several areas
• Full-time availability during EST or PST working hours
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear consultant requirements and skill profiles
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and emotional intelligence skills for assessing fit between projects and consultants
• Solid understanding of business strategy, consulting frameworks, and management concepts (MBA is an advantage but not required)
• Demonstrated adaptability to learn new domains quickly, including product management, project management, design, and digital marketing
• Ability to adopt new processes and technologies rapidly
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines
• Self-starter comfortable executing with minimal guidance
• World-class individual contributor mindset with hands-on execution capability
