Senior Director, Data Enablement (Clients)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential marketing technology organization in their search for a Senior Director, Data Enablement. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee data enablement for key enterprise clients and drive commercial growth through vendor partnerships.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing strategic data vendor relationships and accelerating their growth across a global organization
• Serving as the primary point of contact between vendors and internal stakeholders, coordinating new initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams
• Managing revenue pacing alongside audience teams to ensure delivery against targets
• Building and maintaining workflows for data accessibility across multiple platforms and tools
• Scoping product requirements to scale data assets effectively
• Overseeing contractual relationships and compliance requirements with data vendors
• Engaging and mobilizing teams across the organization to execute new deliverables
• Project managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through implementation

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a commercially driven leader who brings:

• Proven experience in a leadership role focused on data enablement, vendor management, or partnership operations
• Strong understanding of contractual processes and legal requirements associated with data partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective operational processes and workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse teams
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience working in a matrixed, global organization
• Strong project management capabilities with a track record of driving execution and delivering results
• Ability to confidently engage teams at all levels of an organization
