Growth Manager – Campaigns

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential crypto exchange in their search for a Growth Manager to own the EEA campaign engine. You will be the single accountable owner who turns campaign concepts into shipped, measured outcomes by orchestrating creative, media, lifecycle, business development, influencer operations, product marketing, and legal teams. The number on each campaign is yours—you drive the outcome.

You will own four core campaign types:

• Affiliate campaigns: Activation pulses on top of always-on affiliate channels, coordinated with business development and operations teams
• Listing campaigns: New token listing campaigns shipped within 24 hours of listing decisions, working in tight loops with product, legal, communications, and operations
• Trade & Earn campaigns: Volume incentives, leaderboards, and zero-fee promotions built around clear unit economics and incrementality
• Launch campaigns: Product and feature launches coordinated with product marketing, product teams, social teams, and lifecycle teams

Day to day, you will:

• Translate stakeholder requests into clear campaign briefs that creative, paid, and lifecycle teams can execute without endless revision loops
• Build and own campaign plans with clear gates, dependencies, owners, and dates—holding stakeholders accountable when timelines slip
• Define success metrics with analytics before launch, run holdouts where possible, and conduct reflection sessions within 7 days of campaign close
• Navigate MiCA and MiFID II regulatory constraints, flagging risks early and proposing compliant alternatives
• Act as connective tissue between EEA Growth and Global Campaigns, localizing global playbooks to EEA markets and pushing EEA wins back to global execution

What We're Looking For

Must-have requirements:

• Four to seven years total experience, with two-plus years coordinating end-to-end campaigns at a tier-1 regulated crypto exchange
• Track record of shipping at least 10 campaigns with measurable results you can demonstrate
• Fluency in English plus German, French, or Dutch
• Hands-on familiarity with EEA regulator dynamics under MiCA and MiFID II—you have shipped campaigns under regulator review
• Strong brief-writing and project management skills with proven stakeholder management across senior and peer levels
• Analytical literacy: ability to read campaign dashboards, spot attribution issues, ask the right questions, and present results to leadership
• Budget discipline and understanding of CAC payback, ROAS, incremental volume, and LTV
