Commercial Terrain – Indépendant (Freelance)

Responsabilités

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking an independent field sales professional in the Toulouse area. In this freelance role, you will drive new business development through proactive outreach to local merchants and service businesses.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Conducting cold outreach to cafés, restaurants, retail shops, salons, and other commercial establishments within your assigned territory
• Identifying client needs, presenting tailored payment technology solutions, and delivering live product demonstrations
• Supporting merchants through activation and building a sustainable portfolio of active accounts
• Managing your own prospecting pipeline—no pre-qualified leads are provided

What we're looking for

Our client seeks candidates with proven field sales experience and entrepreneurial drive:

• At least one year of cold prospecting experience (field or telephone) within the past six years
• Comfortable with proactive B2B sales approaches and in-person engagement
• Autonomous, persistent, reliable, and results-oriented
• Available to work at least three days per week
• Valid SIRET number required at start (freelance/independent contractor status)

Pay

This is a 100% commission-based freelance position with no fixed salary or commission cap. Compensation is structured as follows:

• 50% immediate commission on hardware, software, and payment volume generated during the merchant's first month
• 20% recurring revenue share on each signed merchant's ongoing activity, paid monthly for up to 24 months

Our client provides initial training, a demonstration terminal, and sales support materials. A regional contact remains available for ongoing guidance. Your territory will be defined during recruitment based on your location and available sectors. You organize your activity independently; travel and associated expenses are your responsibility, and no company vehicle is provided.
