Head of Recruitment at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

Our talent team is partnering with a confidential events and media organization in London to find their next Head of Recruitment. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and play a critical part in scaling a fast-growing business.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Taking full ownership of the recruitment process from role profiling through candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment design, interview scripting, and conducting interviews
• Building a compelling employer brand that attracts both highly visible talent and high-potential candidates who may not be actively searching
• Driving the execution and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including automation opportunities
• Collaborating with senior leadership to enhance onboarding processes and candidate experience
• Working closely with executive leadership on overall recruiting strategy and talent planning

We are seeking a professional with demonstrated work experience and outstanding performance who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The ideal candidate will have:

• A UK work permit
• Genuine curiosity and deep passion for understanding what makes people tick
• Natural ability to make candidates feel comfortable and build authentic relationships
• Enthusiasm for speaking with people across all levels, from entry-level candidates to senior executives
• Exceptional ownership mentality, proactivity, and follow-through on commitments

• Humility and collaborative spirit
• Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency

Background in HR, marketing, sales, or another field is welcome—our client values passion for people and willingness to learn above specific prior experience in recruitment.

Important: This is an office-based role Monday through Friday in London (Victoria Station area). Remote work is not available.
