Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Recruiter to join their London team. In this role, you will:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, interview scripting, and conducting interviews
- Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract both active and passive talent across various experience levels
- Drive the execution and automation of recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Enhance the onboarding process in partnership with senior management
- Engage with candidates ranging from entry-level professionals to senior executives on a daily basis

This is an onsite position based at their London offices, Monday to Friday. No prior recruiting experience is required—our client values the right attitude and aptitude over specific background.
