Social Media Growth Associate at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Social Media Growth Associate to join their London team. In this role, you will take ownership of multi-channel content strategy and execution, working in-person at their headquarters.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns including copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimization for newsletters, product updates and promotions
• Growing and managing LinkedIn presence as the primary audience engagement channel, testing new content formats regularly
• Expanding content distribution to YouTube and launching new social platforms
• Creating and maintaining visual identity and graphic design across all marketing channels
• Optimizing website design, SEO activities and user experience
• Tracking analytics to measure and improve performance metrics across all channels, working toward challenging KPIs
• Managing paid advertising and PPC campaigns
• Collaborating cross-functionally to identify valuable content and communicate brand progress

What We're Looking For

Our client welcomes candidates across different experience levels, as training will be provided. You must hold UK work authorization. A bachelor's or master's degree is required, or you should be working toward completing your university qualification.

This is an onsite position, Monday to Friday, based in the Buckingham Gate area of London. The role requires in-person collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment with significant growth potential and internal promotion opportunities. Travel to conferences may be required.
