Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential software organization seeking an IT Customer Success Specialist to join their 24/7 support operation serving clients across 170+ countries.

In this role, you will:

• Work in a 3-shift system providing round-the-clock technical support to business customers
• Resolve configuration issues for enterprise software users
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support in English and Polish via phone, email, and remote sessions
• Troubleshoot technical challenges independently using analytical problem-solving skills
• Support clients using Microsoft server platforms and business applications

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

• Experience in B2B customer service (email, phone, remote sessions)
• Strong analytical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration capabilities
• Effective self-organization and technical aptitude
• Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office suite, and general IT concepts including email, internet, and computer networks
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Exchange Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft business applications is a plus

Location: Poland - Wrocław, Jelenia Góra, or remote within Poland
