VIP Relationship Manager, Northeast Asia

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading global cryptocurrency exchange in their search for a VIP Relationship Manager to serve the Northeast Asia market. Our client is a trusted platform serving millions of users and institutional clients worldwide, backed by strong operational safeguards and a commitment to transparency.

In this role, you'll own a portfolio of high-value clients across the region, delivering premium service and building lasting relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for VIP clients, managing everything from product inquiries to escalations, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of VIP clients in the Northeast Asia market, serving as their primary relationship manager
• Build and maintain trusted relationships through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and personalized support
• Monitor client trading behavior and account activity to identify risks and growth opportunities
• Coordinate with product, operations, and compliance teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Support client acquisition initiatives including offline events, campaigns, and referral programs
• Maintain accurate client records and contribute to weekly portfolio health reporting
• Execute VIP service standards and follow escalation protocols defined by the team

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in client services, private banking, wealth management, or financial sales, preferably with an international financial institution
• Proven track record managing high-net-worth or institutional client relationships end-to-end
• Familiarity with trading platforms or cryptocurrency exchanges is a strong advantage
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with sophisticated clients
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving market environment
