Responsibilities

As an Associate Resource Coordinator, you will support the coordination and management of linguistic resources across multiple projects and time zones. Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Coordinating assignments across a network of in-house and freelance language specialists
• Managing resource availability and capacity to ensure 24/7 service delivery
• Communicating with linguists and internal teams to match expertise with project requirements
• Maintaining accurate records and databases of resource allocations
• Supporting quality delivery through effective resource planning and scheduling
• Contributing to process improvements within the resource coordination function
