Head of Email Marketing at CFO Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B media organisation based in London, and we're seeking a Head of Email Marketing to lead their digital outreach efforts. In this role, you will own the email marketing function and drive engagement across a substantial professional database.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including database segmentation and CRM optimisation to maximise event attendance and revenue
• Copywriting and collaborating with design resources to create compelling email campaigns that promote webinars, conferences, and other professional events
• Analysing campaign performance metrics and continuously refining strategies based on data-driven insights
• Acquiring and activating new leads through targeted email initiatives
• Coordinating closely with Content and Sales teams to ensure messaging reaches the appropriate professional audience
• Managing the marketing inbox to convert inquiries into ticket sales and event registrations

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• Valid UK work authorisation
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive approach with ability to follow through on commitments
• Passion for building and scaling marketing initiatives
• Comfort working in an entrepreneurial, high-responsibility environment

This is an in-office position Monday through Friday at their London location near Victoria Station. Remote work is not available for this role. Start date is flexible for the right candidate.
