Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking an Email Campaign Manager to join their marketing team in London. In this role, you will own the email marketing strategy and execution, working closely with senior leadership to drive engagement and revenue.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns from conception through execution, including database segmentation and CRM optimization to maximize revenue opportunities
• Copywriting and collaborating with design resources to create compelling email campaigns that drive event registrations and engagement
• Acquiring and activating leads through targeted outreach and nurture sequences
• Coordinating with content and sales teams to ensure messaging reaches the appropriate target audiences
• Managing the marketing inbox to convert inquiries into ticket sales and registrations
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics and continuously improving strategies based on data-driven insights

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a driven marketing professional with exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• UK work authorization (required)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A proactive, ownership-oriented approach with high sense of urgency
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Experience or passion for email marketing and CRM management

This is an office-based position in London (Victoria Station area) with no remote work options. The role requires Monday through Friday in-office attendance.
