Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential educational institution in the Île-de-France region seeking a Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will join the facilities team and be responsible for maintaining building systems across multiple trades.

Your core duties will include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on multi-trade building installations
• Handling first-level emergency interventions before escalating to external contractors across plumbing, painting, locksmithing, carpentry, interior/exterior improvements, HVAC, and low-voltage electrical systems
• Preparing and organizing service provider interventions
• Conducting periodic tasks (daily, weekly, monthly) including inspections, measurements, replacement of defective components, and troubleshooting of building technical systems
• Supervising contractor interventions and coordinating scheduling with internal teams and building occupants
• Processing and responding to maintenance requests submitted via ticketing system

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and equipment maintenance, with solid regulatory and technical knowledge of multi-trade systems in public-access facilities. You must be comfortable working autonomously and possess the ability to detect anomalies in technical installations when malfunctions occur.

We are seeking someone who is motivated, rigorous, and demonstrates excellent organizational skills. Strong communication abilities are essential, as you will collaborate closely with team members and coordinate with multiple departments. Experience maintaining facilities that receive public visitors is required.

Location and Contract Details
