Team Lead – MOSAIC Demonstrations & Integrations (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace technology organization in their search for an exceptional Team Lead to build and guide a specialized demonstrations and integrations team. This hands-on leadership role combines technical depth with operational execution, requiring regular travel to customer sites and field exercises across Europe.

Our client develops advanced unmanned systems and collaborative software platforms. You will lead the team responsible for rapid prototyping, third-party integrations, partner enablement, and live demonstrations in both commercial and defense environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on integrations, prototyping, and demonstrations
• Transform customer and operational requirements into working software solutions at exceptional speed
• Enable partners to integrate their systems, sensors, and data streams into the platform
• Own technical preparation and execution of customer demonstrations and military exercises
• Participate in field deployments and operational exercises, including international travel
• Provide feedback loops from real-world use cases into product development and architecture decisions
• Bridge communication between engineering teams, partners, customers, and operational end-users

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding technical depth combined with proven leadership capabilities and personal ownership
• Hands-on experience with modern software stacks; familiarity with Rust, TypeScript, MapLibre, or WebRTC is valuable
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments where results and execution matter
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills across software, networks, and hardware systems
• Confident communication with technical teams, business partners, and operational users
• Understanding of military operations or mission-critical environments; military experience is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel regularly for demonstrations, exercises, and customer engagements
• Fluency in English; German language skills are beneficial
• Authorization to work in Germany and ability to obtain necessary security clearances
