About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization that is transforming how patients with chronic conditions receive care through a value-based, patient-centered approach. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Reporting & Analytics to join their growing analytics function and help drive both operational efficiency and improved patient outcomes through data-driven insights.

This is a remote position based in the United States, reporting to the Manager of Reporting & Analytics. You'll work as an individual contributor, collaborating across analytics, technology, and operations teams to develop reporting solutions and analytical tools that directly impact how care is delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements that support operational and clinical decision-making
  • Design and build interactive dashboards and operational reports using visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources
  • Validate data accuracy and quality across all reporting outputs
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Advanced Analytics teams to transform raw data into actionable metrics
  • Train end users on newly deployed dashboards and provide ongoing support
  • Manage internal and external reporting timelines and deliverables
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with reports, including logic defects and data quality problems
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of reports, dashboards, KPI definitions, and data sources

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, statistics, public health, economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting or health economics within the healthcare industry
  • 1+ years developing dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong SQL skills required; Python programming expertise preferred
  • Experience developing data models or partnering with data engineering teams to create analytics-ready datasets
  • Healthcare industry experience; value-based care background preferred
  • Proven ability to transform data into relevant reports and visualizations
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Working understanding of healthcare privacy and security practices (HIPAA)
  • Experience with healthcare data (EMR and/or claims) preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite including Outlook and Teams
  • Home internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds for remote work
  • Dedicated workspace that protects patient PHI and HIPAA information

Pay via Get A Job.ai is competitive and commensurate with experience.
