We are representing a confidential automotive technology client seeking an Account Manager to join their team in London. This is a hybrid role focused on supporting dealer partners through a digital car-buying platform.

Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise on assigned brand portfolios, understanding client challenges, opportunities, and performance metrics
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with dealer partners via phone and video calls to build strong relationships
- Provide performance analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance partner return on investment
- Lead onboarding and training for new dealerships, ensuring seamless integration and high retention
- Own portfolio performance with clear targets including upselling additional products and services
- Collaborate with field-based teams to execute client strategies effectively

- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets for basic data handling and analysis
- Familiarity with digital marketing is highly advantageous (automotive experience not required)
