In dieser flexiblen Beratungsrolle liefern Sie praxisnahe Marktinformationen zu Angebot und Nachfrage, Stromverfügbarkeit, Projektpipelines, Bautätigkeit, Investitionen, Regulierung, Preisen und Betreiberstrategien. Ihre Erkenntnisse tragen zur Verbesserung von Datensätzen und Prognosemodellen bei.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Teilnahme an kurzen monatlichen Research-Gesprächen (remote)
- Prüfung von Marktdaten auf Lücken und Fehler
- Einordnung wichtiger Veränderungen im lokalen Markt
- Bewertung der Wahrscheinlichkeit und des Zeitplans neuer Projekte
- Bereitstellung von Informationen zu Projekten, Betreibern, Investoren und Großkunden
- Prüfung von Prognosen und Erklärung relevanter lokaler Signale
Was wir suchen
Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Rechenzentrumssektor
- Aktuelle Tätigkeit oder enge Einbindung in den Rechenzentrumsmarkt in Deutschland
- Fundierte und aktuelle Kenntnisse der lokalen Marktbedingungen
- Direkte Erfahrung mit kommerziellen oder strategischen Entscheidungen
- Ein gültiges LinkedIn-Profil mit relevanter Berufserfahrung

- Rechenzentrumsentwicklung und Investitionen
- Colocation- und Hyperscale-Betrieb
- Standortwahl und Grundstücksakquisition
- Strombeschaffung und Netzanschlüsse
- Bau, Engineering und Projektabwicklung
- Kapazität, Vermietung, Leerstand und Preise
- Planung, Genehmigungen und Umweltauflagen
- Cloud-, KI- und Hochleistungsrecheninfrastruktur
Standort: Remote in Deutschland (Berlin-Region bevorzugt)
Vertragsart: Selbstständige Vertragstätigkeit, etwa 2 bis 4 bezahlte Beratungsstunden pro Monat
