Senior Delivery Partner (United States)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization that is transforming how enterprise companies approach technical hiring at scale. Our talent team is searching for a Senior Delivery Partner to own strategic client relationships for Fortune 500 accounts across the United States.

This is a remote role available only to candidates in CA, FL, IL, MA, MO, NY, OR, TX, and WA. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

In this individual contributor role, you will lead through credibility and clarity, working alongside account teams to drive delivery excellence:

• Serve as trusted advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders, becoming the partner clients turn to for their most challenging hiring and talent problems
• Own the strategic narrative and roadmap for your assigned accounts, translating multi-year transformations into aligned executive-level stories
• Define and execute engagement strategy end-to-end, from statement of work through go-live and steady state operations
• Lead change management efforts including communications, stakeholder alignment, training, resistance management, and adoption measurement
• Identify and surface account risks early, providing honest visibility into usage, adoption, and satisfaction metrics
• Own relationship mapping across accounts and set delivery standards for cross-functional pods
• Coordinate internal specialists to create coherent client narratives without conflicting messages
• Identify expansion opportunities across new teams, geographies, and use cases for commercial partners
• Translate account learnings into feedback and playbooks that improve delivery across the organization

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in client-facing delivery, engagement management, or consulting roles
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (Big 3, Big 4, or equivalent) or in enterprise professional services at a technology company
• Proven track record owning complex, high-stakes relationships with Fortune 500 or comparable enterprise accounts from kickoff through renewal
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence rather than formal authority
• Comfort and credibility operating with executive stakeholders at the VP and C-suite level
• Strong commercial instincts with ability to spot and shape expansion opportunities
• Structured problem-solving skills under ambiguity—you build the plan rather than wait for one
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear narratives
• Willingness to travel on-site with clients approximately 30% of the time
• Must be located in CA, FL, IL, MA, MO, NY, OR, TX, or WA
