Unser Mandant sucht einen erfahrenen Senior Business Consultant mit tiefgreifender ServiceNow-Expertise und Schwerpunkt im CRM/CSM-Bereich.
Diese Position bietet die Möglichkeit, an anspruchsvollen Projekten mitzuwirken, Kunden strategisch zu beraten und das ServiceNow-Portfolio aktiv mitzugestalten. Sie arbeiten in einem multikulturellen Team und übernehmen sowohl fachliche als auch mentoring-orientierte Verantwortung.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Beratung von Kunden bei der digitalen Transformation ihrer CRM- und Customer-Service-Prozesse auf ServiceNow-Basis
- Begleitung und Gestaltung von ServiceNow-Projekten von der Konzeption über die Implementierung bis zum Betrieb und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Entwicklung passgenaue Konzepte und Lösungsstrategien im CRM/CSM-Umfeld
- Arbeit in agilen Projekten: Erstellung hochwertiger Features, Epics und User Stories mit klarer Umsetzungsgrundlage für Entwicklungsteams
- Durchführung von Business-Analysen und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen für Prozesse und digitale Workflows
- Konfiguration von ServiceNow-Modulen und Unterstützung bei deren kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
- Wissenstransfer und Mentoring von Junior Consultants
- Aktive Mitwirkung beim Ausbau des ServiceNow-Geschäfts und Einbringung eigener Ideen zur Portfolio-Entwicklung
Was wir suchen
- Fundierte Erfahrung im CRM- und/oder CSM-Umfeld
- Mindestens 4 Jahre ServiceNow-Erfahrung, idealerweise mehr als 5 Jahre
- Berufserfahrung in der Technologieberatung, Systemintegration oder vergleichbaren beratungsnahen Rollen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT mit nachweislicher Kompetenz in Anforderungsanalyse und fachlichem Design
- Hohe Problemlösungs- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
- Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung und Prozessmodellierung
- Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und Präsentationskompetenz
- Ganzheitlicher Blick auf komplexe Zusammenhänge
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region
