Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential security technology organization seeking a Business Development Manager for the Baden-Württemberg region. In this role, you will serve as a market ambassador, driving growth and building relationships across the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting security solutions to system integrators, installers, consultants, and end users throughout Germany
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, organizing meetings with prospective partners
- Planning and delivering presentations to business partners and stakeholder groups
- Building and maintaining relationships with partners and monitoring stations
- Communicating product features, benefits, and roadmap updates to the partner network
- Conducting product and commercial training sessions in collaboration with business partners
- Actively promoting specifications that include our client's solutions
- Working closely with distribution partners to meet partner requirements
- Supporting the development of market strategies for regional growth
- Providing feedback to management on current and future product requirements
- Maintaining accurate and timely reports using CRM systems to support your activities and management requirements
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate brings both technical knowledge and business development expertise to this role:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in electronic security systems (intrusion, video, access control, or fire)
- Proven experience in sales or business development within a vertical B2B market
- Native-level German language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Results-oriented work style with self-initiative and ownership of outcomes
- Strong negotiation skills and communication abilities, both by phone and in person
- High motivation with the ability to execute and deliver results
- Professional demeanor with reliable and ethical behavior
