GTM Recruiter

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded AI technology company in their search for a GTM Recruiter to support their rapidly scaling Revenue organization. This role offers the chance to work with a high-growth team serving millions of users globally, backed by tier-one investors.

As a GTM Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume revenue roles, partnering directly with Sales Development, Corporate, Mid-Market, and Partnerships leadership across North America. This is a remote-first position with strong preference for candidates based in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Revenue Partnerships positions
• Partner with Revenue leadership to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and success criteria that drive quality of hire
• Design and manage efficient candidate pipelines with a focus on transparency and exceptional candidate experience
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring teams, providing market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations
• Represent our client's brand and values in every candidate interaction, building long-term relationships with top GTM talent
• Balance high-volume recruiting needs across multiple priorities without compromising quality or speed

What We're Looking For

• Proven full-cycle GTM recruiting experience within high-growth startups, with demonstrated success hiring quota-carrying sales professionals
• Strong track record managing both high-volume searches and complex, senior-level GTM roles simultaneously
• Experience partnering effectively with Revenue leadership, influencing decisions with clarity, market data, and operational excellence
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling role narratives and deliver white-glove candidate experiences
• Understanding of what great looks like in Revenue organizations, either from building GTM teams or exceeding hiring goals in tech environments
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with focus on metrics, process optimization, and scalable pipelines
• Strong preference for candidates based in New York City, though this is a remote-first role
