Graduate Customer Success Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Graduate Customer Success Manager to join their growing customer success function. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about open source technology and customer enablement to build a career in a strategic, customer-facing role.

In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring customers have exceptional experiences as they adopt and expand their use of enterprise software solutions. You'll work across a diverse portfolio, helping users solve problems, onboard successfully, and realize value from their technology investments. This role combines hands-on support work with strategic customer engagement, giving you broad exposure to customer success best practices.

Location: Remote, worldwide

Responsibilities

• Provide strong support to customers by resolving ticket requests and troubleshooting technical issues
• Develop and maintain documentation including problem-solving guides, Q&A resources, and onboarding materials
• Execute digital campaigns and touchpoint activities targeting multiple customers
• Identify high-potential and at-risk customers from newly onboarded user base
• Onboard new customers and introduce them to product capabilities and support processes
• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to develop engagement plans aligned with customer objectives
• Proactively engage with your customer portfolio to identify and mitigate risks
• Collect and format customer feedback for product team review

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer-facing experience in any capacity
• Empathetic personality with a genuine drive to help others succeed
• Passion for technology and open source infrastructure
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to documentation and process
• Collaborative team player comfortable working across departments
• Proficiency in languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian is highly valued alongside excellent English
