About This Opportunity
We are representing a leading SaaS organization in search of a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of 130–150 accounts across the full customer lifecycle. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the USA.
In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of renewals and expansions, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders while exercising strong commercial judgment. You'll balance customer success with revenue goals, ensuring seamless experiences while identifying growth opportunities. Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 130–150 accounts from onboarding handoff through renewal and expansion, maintaining accountability for outcomes at every stage
- Forecast and track your own revenue goals, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and communicating clear signals to finance and leadership
- Lead the full commercial process for renewals and expansions, including discovery, proposal development, pricing conversations, procurement coordination, and closing
- Drive product adoption and engagement through regular calls, optimization reviews, and quarterly business reviews
- Partner with Product and cross-functional teams, bringing customer insights into roadmap discussions and go-to-market planning
- Maintain ownership across collaborative work, coordinating internal partners while ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes
- Design and continuously improve your workflows, leveraging AI and automation to create efficiencies across your book of business
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless coordination
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS account management, with a proven track record driving renewals, expansions, and upsells
- Strong commercial judgment and comfort evaluating customer needs, usage patterns, and business value to develop thoughtful proposals and guide pricing conversations
- Experience managing high-volume portfolios (130+ accounts) with exceptional organizational skills and pipeline discipline
- Ownership of the full renewal and expansion cycle, from discovery through negotiation to close
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities early and develop clear action plans
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly working alongside Product and Marketing teams
- Comfort building and maintaining revenue projections and communicating forecasts to leadership
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to transform workflows and reduce manual overhead
- Consultative, value-based approach to customer relationships
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex software platforms

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: This role offers a base salary of $109K with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $156K.
