Wir vertreten einen etablierten Auftraggeber im Bausektor in der Region Osnabrück, der erfahrene Poliere (m/w/d) für den Hochbau und Schlüsselfertigbau sucht. Verantwortlichkeiten
- Koordination und Überwachung der Bauausführung im Hochbau und Schlüsselfertigbau
- Führung der eigenen Kolonne sowie der Nachunternehmer vor Ort
- Umsetzung der Ausführungsplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung
- Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle
- Materialdisposition und Planung des Geräteeinsatzes
- Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe mit Weiterbildung zum Polier oder Werkpolier
- Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in der Bauausführung im Hochbau oder Schlüsselfertigbau
- Führungsstärke und ausgeprägte handwerkliche Fähigkeiten
- Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist im Umgang mit Kollegen und Nachunternehmern
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vergütung
