About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in a search for a Marketing Web Developer to join their marketing team. Our client is a well-funded technology platform experiencing significant growth and expansion. This is a remote-friendly opportunity based in the USA.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building and optimizing the marketing website—the organization's most critical marketing asset. You'll create high-converting landing pages and web experiences while focusing on performance, SEO, and measurable business impact. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and content teams while maintaining technical ownership of web initiatives aligned with quarterly business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-converting web experiences on the marketing website with emphasis on performance, SEO, and conversion optimization
• Develop landing pages and funnels that drive measurable business results
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Design, Content, and Brand teams to plan and execute web initiatives from technical scoping through delivery
• Perform code reviews and mentor other developers on the website team
• Monitor and improve website accessibility, performance metrics, and Core Web Vitals
• Integrate and customize headless CMS solutions within front-end applications
• Track and analyze web performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Align technical decisions with business goals and customer acquisition outcomes
• Support ongoing site maintenance and troubleshoot build pipeline issues

What We're Looking For

Required Technical Skills:

• 2+ years of professional web development experience; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Next.js), including dynamic routing, data-fetching patterns, and rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR)
• Strong proficiency with modern CSS and utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
• Experience building and customizing headless CMS solutions; familiarity with Sanity and GROQ is a plus
• Strong understanding of web performance best practices and their impact on SEO and conversion rates
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end build tooling including Webpack configuration
• Strong Git experience and collaborative workflow skills, including leading code reviews
• Ability to plan projects end-to-end with technical scoping, estimation, and task breakdown

• Strong ownership mindset with ability to independently plan, prioritize, and deliver complex projects
• Excellent collaboration skills across Marketing, Design, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
• Comfortable mentoring developers and providing constructive code review feedback
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic thinking that connects technical decisions to business goals and customer acquisition
• Proficiency in Google Analytics for event setup, tracking, and data analysis
• Understanding of marketing metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline impact) and their connection to web development work
• Personal commitment to staying current with emerging front-end tools and best practices
