Our recruiting team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing SaaS organization in the transportation technology space. This well-funded company is experiencing significant momentum and seeks an evidence-based Product Manager to drive growth initiatives within their product organization.

As a Growth PM, you will focus on product-led growth and self-serve experiences, working to help customers realize value faster while driving sustainable business outcomes. This role reports to a Group Product Manager and centers on building growth loops, running experiments, and translating insights into measurable product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive product growth across activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion touchpoints
• Build and optimize repeatable, scalable, and measurable growth loops
• Develop deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel performance, and lifecycle moments to identify high-leverage opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop strategies and deliver outcomes
• Use quantitative analysis, qualitative insight, and product judgment to inform priorities and decisions
• Generate and test hypotheses through experimentation and rapid iteration
• Contribute to growth strategy and roadmap by identifying opportunities and driving execution
• Guide initiatives through full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, analysis, and optimization
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, learnings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
• Elevate experimentation rigor and evidence-based decision-making across the team

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3-5 years in product management with meaningful experience in product-led growth and/or experimentation-focused roles in modern B2B SaaS environments
• BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related field/equivalent experience
• Strong quantitative business acumen and comfort using data to identify opportunities and evaluate performance
• In-depth knowledge of product growth best practices, experimentation, and funnel analysis
• Proven track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, from shaping direction to driving execution
• Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and concepts, either through building AI-powered experiences or using AI to improve product work
• Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable presenting to various stakeholders
• Strong product sense, curiosity, analytical thinking, and growth mindset

Considered a Plus:

• Experience in fleet, automotive, transportation software, vertical SaaS, or related spaces
• SQL experience (writing and reading)
• Experience across multiple growth surfaces such as onboarding, trial, adoption, monetization, or lifecycle experiences
• Experience with hybrid B2B product-led and sales-led products
• Experience optimizing mature products as well as exploring zero-to-one opportunities
• Experience building or iterating on AI-powered product features or workflows
