Head of AI Enablement

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing logistics technology company based in Paris that is transforming how modern commerce brands manage fulfillment across Europe. Our client operates a sophisticated fulfillment platform serving hundreds of brands, with a strong technical foundation and significant venture backing.

They are seeking a Head of AI Enablement to drive AI adoption and productivity across their organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build internal AI systems, enable non-technical teams to leverage AI tools, and establish an AI-first culture. You'll start by shipping high-impact automations yourself, then scale a team to multiply your impact across every function.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI tools and workflows across the organization at rapid pace through enablement programs and development of internal AI products, agents, and automation tools
• Enable non-engineering teams (Account Management, Sales, Finance, Operations) to leverage internal AI capabilities through training, product improvements, and demonstrable success stories
• Build AI-powered solutions for workflow automation including customer issue triage, billing exceptions, reporting, and contextual information surfacing
• Measure impact through dashboards and quality assurance processes, iterating based on real user feedback and usage data
• Establish an AI-native culture by coaching internal champions and embedding AI practices into team workflows
• Create feedback loops that continuously improve agent performance and compound operational efficiency over time
• Collaborate with technical teams on foundational AI infrastructure including data reliability, shared AI capabilities management, and scalability challenges
• Document and communicate internal AI transformation journey for external audiences through presentations and content

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 4-8+ years of experience in product management, product operations, business operations, strategy, technical program management, engineering, or similar roles
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-powered solutions that transformed work processes
• Technical fluency with development copilots and low-code/no-code tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Notion)
• Proficiency with SQL, business intelligence tools, APIs, scripting, and system integrations
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM integration: tool use, structured outputs, prompt engineering, fallback handling, and cost optimization using OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms
• Strong operational empathy with ability to partner closely with business teams to understand challenges and ship rapid solutions
• Excellent communication skills for writing clear documentation and delivering impactful training sessions
• Data-driven decision making based on actual usage patterns and operational metrics
• High agency and comfort with autonomy in ambiguous environments
• Production discipline with ability to iterate quickly without creating fragile systems
• Fluency in French and English required

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with operational workflows in logistics, supply chain, or operations-heavy B2B environments
• Background in internal enablement or change-management programs
• Interest in external applications of internal AI work, including customer-facing agents
• Familiarity with cross-functional departmental workflows

Success metrics:

• First 30 days: Embed with an internal team, map end-to-end workflows, and ship a production solution
• 90 days: Measurably reduce manual work with demonstrable team impact
• 6 months: Teams proactively bring problems to you; establish reusable pattern library; set the standard for AI-powered internal tooling; build initial team
