International B2B Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly scaling logistics technology company that is transforming how e-commerce brands compete with industry giants. Our client operates a tech-driven fulfillment platform across multiple European markets, serving hundreds of growing brands with proprietary warehouse management systems and a network of fulfillment centers.

They are seeking an International B2B Marketing Manager based in Paris to own content strategy, drive demand generation, and build brand awareness across European markets. This is a high-impact role where you'll work cross-functionally to shape how merchants and talent perceive the brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content roadmap including customer stories, newsletters, landing pages, and video content
• Manage and grow paid and organic social media presence to drive inbound demand and brand awareness
• Coordinate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and demand capture projects across cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to create and optimize high-converting landing pages
• Partner with People teams to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Support sales teams with resources, content, and tools that advance and close deals

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing targeting SMBs or mid-market companies, or e-commerce marketing experience
• Proven track record of launching a new market
• Portfolio demonstrating content and video projects that drove measurable results
• Experience with paid and organic social media, newsletter strategy, and campaign optimization
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French
• Doer mindset—no challenge is too big
• Creative, autonomous, and eager to experiment and learn

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes
• Spanish or German language skills
