About This Opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their Paris team. This is a career-launching role for someone eager to work with strategic enterprise accounts, drive product adoption, and develop into a trusted customer partner. You'll learn from experienced professionals while making immediate impact with global clients.
Responsibilities
- Guide enterprise users through product best practices and help them maximize platform value
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing enablement initiatives to ensure successful outcomes
- Serve as primary contact for daily customer questions, feedback, and feature requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer teams through regular proactive engagement
- Collaborate with senior Customer Success Managers to identify upsell opportunities and expansion potential
- Monitor account health metrics and surface insights demonstrating measurable ROI
- Partner with Product, Implementation, and Growth teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development
- Contribute to playbooks and documentation that help scale success practices across the organization
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, or customer-facing roles
- Strong academic foundation in business, economics, finance, or engineering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in customer-facing interactions
- Highly organized and process-driven approach to work
- Experience with tools like Notion, HubSpot, and Excel; quick to learn new platforms
- Fluent in English (French language skills are a plus for this Paris-based role)
- Passionate about fintech, enterprise technology, and AI applications
- Resilient, hungry to learn, and comfortable taking ownership in fast-paced environments
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity in all work
