About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech platform in their search for an Account Executive focused on fund administration and venture capital clients. This role is based in Germany and offers the chance to shape commercial strategy during a high-growth phase.

As an Account Executive, you will drive enterprise customer acquisition and build lasting relationships with fund managers, CFOs, and COOs in the private investment space. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to strategic direction while working with a team that values ownership and real responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new enterprise customers across target markets through both inbound and outbound strategies
• Co-develop and execute commercial acquisition strategies for large venture capital funds and institutional investors
• Establish and maintain relationships with General Partners, CFOs, COOs of prospect and client funds, plus angel investors
• Identify prospect pain points and develop tailored account plans including demand generation and closing strategies
• Monitor the competitive landscape to craft compelling proposals and pricing approaches
• Partner with Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize demand generation and customer engagement
• Build business cases demonstrating ROI and value propositions for prospective clients
• Drive process excellence to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term retention

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a commercial role, ideally within private investment markets
• Local network of Fund Managers is a strong differentiator
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to build trust through authenticity and expertise
• Results-oriented, impact-driven mindset with entrepreneurial initiative
• Customer-centric approach—you proactively champion customer goals and align solutions to their objectives
• Operational excellence in SaaS sales including pipeline management, conversion optimization, and end-to-end funnel oversight
• Business-level fluency in English required
