Outbound GTM Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential privacy technology organization in their search for an Outbound GTM Engineer based in Paris, France. Our client operates across 35 countries, serving over 2,000 clients in building compliant, data-driven marketing and consent operations.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Revenue Operations Director. You will design, industrialize, and run the outbound acquisition engine, owning the data infrastructure, signals, scoring systems, and automation that power customer acquisition across North America and EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Clean and structure the total addressable market across all regions through deduplication, enrichment, and segmentation
• Deliver exceptional-quality outreach data that sales representatives can rely on consistently
• Centralize all buying and intent signals, scoring every prospect and customer in the database
• Accelerate new business, expansion, and cross-sell by providing sales with prioritized data and intent signals
• Automate the complete lead workflow: capture, enrichment, deduplication, scoring, routing, and sequencing
• Optimize prospecting workflows across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling channels
• Build and scale a methodical, multichannel outbound system including ICP refinement, sequence development, A/B testing, and personalization at scale
• Enhance inbound lead scoring and reactivate marketing-sourced leads into active pipeline
• Track performance metrics rigorously and iterate on conversion rates systematically

What We're Looking For

• Proven outbound track record: You have built an outbound machine from scratch and can quantify its impact through pipeline growth, ARR contribution, and conversion rate improvements
• Lead workflow automation expertise: Hands-on experience automating capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and sequencing using ops tools, APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code platforms
• Tool mastery: Proficient with ZoomInfo, Lemlist, and modern CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Data and signal mindset: Ability to transform intent signals into prioritized, high-conversion prospect lists
• Copywriting and sequencing skills: Track record of creating messaging that converts, tested and refined at scale
• International capability: Fluent English with ability to operate effectively across North American and EMEA markets
• Scientific, automation-first approach: Systematic, analytical, resilient operator who takes full accountability for performance metrics

Bonus qualifications: Experience in adtech, martech, or privacy/consent technology sectors; familiarity with server-side tagging solutions; experience with Clay or similar enrichment platforms.
