Product Manager (m/f/d) Home Energy Solution (B2C)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cleantech organization that is building innovative energy management solutions for the European market. Our talent team is currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead their home energy solution offerings serving both residential and business customers. This is a Munich-based role with flexible remote working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle for smart charging and home energy management solutions, from conception through launch and ongoing operations
• Conduct customer research to identify needs and translate insights into product solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences
• Define product strategy to expand addressable markets and support international expansion initiatives
• Coordinate all product launch activities and maintain transparent communication with partners and internal stakeholders
• Partner with home energy management technology providers to ensure seamless integrations, with initial focus on the German market
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, energy supply, and hardware teams to deliver end-to-end customer experiences
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the home energy solutions portfolio
• Monitor product financial performance and adjust roadmaps based on business outcomes
• Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in electric mobility and energy sectors

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Background in the energy industry, preferably managing consumer-facing energy products
• Direct experience in home energy management, energy services, or electric mobility sectors
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and building new products from the ground up
• Strong ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution while managing competing stakeholder interests
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
• Collaborative team player with hands-on mentality and experience in cross-functional settings
• Fluency in both German and English required
