Senior eCommerce Manager (m/w/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential sustainable energy organization in München. We're seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager to lead their B2B online platform strategy and drive growth across digital sales channels.

This role offers the opportunity to shape digital commerce strategy for a growing organization focused on emission-free energy and mobility solutions. You'll manage everything from platform development to partner networks and marketplace optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational management of the B2B online platform serving electricians, solar installers, and resellers, including UX optimization, shop system functionality, payment processing, and system interfaces
• Develop and manage a sustainable network of installation partners to support the distribution concept
• Execute and analyze on-page sales promotions and marketing campaigns (affiliate marketing, email marketing) while maximizing revenue, effectiveness, and profitability
• Analyze key performance indicators including revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and returns to derive data-driven optimizations
• Collaborate closely with product management, key account sales, IT, and logistics teams
• Monitor market and competitive developments to identify emerging trends
• Manage comprehensive listing, control, and optimization of the product portfolio across marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in eCommerce, ideally in B2B environments
• Strong knowledge of common ERP, CMS, and shop systems (e.g., Shopify, Shopware, Magento) and marketplace platforms
• Affinity for sustainable technologies such as electric mobility or renewable energy products
• Experience in KPI analysis and use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Proficiency with online marketing channels and tools including SEO, affiliate marketing, and SEA
• Solid knowledge of current AI tools and large language models
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality
• Independent working style with excellent communication skills
• Very good English language skills in written and spoken form
• German language proficiency required for this München-based position
