About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential clean-tech organization in München that is transforming the electric mobility sector. Our talent team is seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support product management operations for their e-commerce platform and customer onboarding initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student passionate about digital commerce, process optimization, and sustainable mobility to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize webshop storefronts, maintaining product information and descriptions in Salesforce Commerce
• Support product management in portfolio development and assist with new storefront implementation
• Maintain and verify product and order data in Salesforce Commerce and ERP systems, ensuring high data quality
• Collaborate with product management, implementation, order processing, sales, support teams, and external partners
• Analyze customer onboarding processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support digitalization and automation of workflows, including potential AI integration
• Develop structured documentation strategies for onboarding materials and prepare guides, templates, and knowledge content for the online help center using Microsoft applications, Teams, and digital tools

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Digital Business, Business Administration with focus on Digitalization or E-Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or comparable program
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and enthusiasm for learning new tools and systems
• Practical experience in e-commerce, product management, process optimization, or digitalization (preferred)
• Genuine interest in electric mobility and how digital solutions support electric vehicle charging and usage
• Analytical, structured, and organized working style with ability to independently develop solutions for technical and business challenges
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand client needs and provide clear, service-oriented solutions for complex inquiries
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
