Specialist QA Document & Training (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical manufacturing organization seeking a QA Document & Training Specialist for their facility in Halle, North Rhine-Westphalia. In this role, you will take responsibility for training and documentation systems at the site, ensuring GMP-compliant execution of training and documentation processes.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing training and document management systems (e.g., LMS, DMS/eQMS)
• Coordinating and ensuring GMP-compliant training processes
• Administering the complete lifecycle of GMP documentation
• Supporting and training users, document owners, and stakeholders
• Developing and monitoring relevant KPIs
• Supporting implementation of global standards and processes
• Participating in or leading site-specific projects
• Supporting inspections and audits as a subject matter expert
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural sciences (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology) or comparable qualification, or scientific vocational training (e.g., laboratory technician, pharmaceutical technician)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance preferred
• Strong GMP knowledge advantageous
• Experience in document and training management ideal
• Experience with electronic quality management systems (Veeva/Trackwise) desirable
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Strong communication abilities and structured work approach

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process. The position offers a collective bargaining agreement with benefits including a 13th month salary, vacation pay, company pension plan, and additional insurance.
