About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential infrastructure organization in Minden seeking a Civil Engineer (m/f/d) specializing in Project Management and Construction Supervision. Our client operates in the water infrastructure sector and offers challenging projects from concept through implementation.

This is a permanent, direct-hire position with flexible working arrangements including home office options.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage infrastructure and construction projects from concept phase through execution
• Oversee project execution and on-site construction supervision, ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets, and timelines
• Support new construction and renovation projects, addressing diverse technical challenges
• Conduct structural condition assessments and evaluate existing infrastructure
• Prepare reports, documentation, and technical assessments throughout all project phases
• Accompany projects across all service phases from planning to completion

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering or comparable qualification (e.g., Hydraulic Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Services, Infrastructure Planning)
• Professional experience as a project planner, project engineer, or on-site civil engineer
• Background in drinking water supply, pipeline construction, or structural inspection
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Valid Class B driver's license (ideal)
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style with strong teamwork capabilities and ability to work independently
• Business-fluent German language skills required
